The Chile Verde slow-braised pork in salsa verde balances bold, tangy flavors with a comforting warmth that lingers on the palate.

Great atmosphere. Service is always great and wait staff is attentive. Was taco Tuesday, ordered the taco sampler. Food lay out was nice and looked as good as it taste. Will definitely eat there again. Not bad for 2 people under $40 with drinks and tip. If you haven't been check it out.

We had such a fantastic experience at Frida’s Mexican Restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We asked if they could add chorizo to the queso, and without hesitation, our waiter had the kitchen whip it up for us, it was incredible! The Mexican street corn bowl was packed with flavor, and the salmon was cooked to perfection honestly out of this world. On top of the great food, the service was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. What a wonderful dining experience, we can’t wait to come back!
Stopped in looking for a place to eat that wasn’t fully booked being in town for one night. Chips and Salsa very fresh and tasty. Almost got too full before my meal. Anyway the food came out hot and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will visit again when in town. Btw got chips and Salsa to go :)
Food: Dos Tamales - we couldn’t decide which tamale was our favorite; pork with red sauce or chicken with green sauce. Both of these were excellent and I can’t wait to go again. Saffron Rice - decent flavor but contained lots of “surprise vegetables” - peas, Lima beans, corn, carrots (personally I would order fried rice if I wanted veggies). Chile Verde - delicious tender pork in a bold verde sauce. Chimichanga with chicken tinga - moist tender chicken in a cheese smothered chimichanga that made shredded chicken appealing to the kids at the table. Cheese Quesadilla - made with Monterey cheese and a more American version than we preferred Queso - presented in a scary format kids - loaded with tomatoes and jalapeños but the flavor won us all over - the tomatoes can easily be picked out
Was the most amazing Mexican ever! The food was very fresh and the grilled chicken was cooked to perfection. Loved the atmosphere, unlike any Mexican restaurant I had been to before. The beans were the best beans (cooked different than most with fresh cheese) the salsa was a little watery but that’s the only bad thing I could possibly say.
